Our Facility

Twin Oaks Estate strives to accommodate everyone’s different needs. We offer serveral room arrangements from semi-privates to private apartments, each with a different rate and floorplan. Veterans Assistance and Medicaid Assistance is available, however, we are not a Medicare covered facility. We have listed some of our floorplans below and general rates. Please contact Tim Blattel for more detailed information on the rooms that we have available and which rate would apply for your particular needs.

Our monthly rates for a Semi-Private Rooms range from $1825 - $1975
Our monthly rates for a Private Rooms range from $2225 - $2725
Our monthly rates for a Sem-Private Suites range from $2175 - $2325
Our monthly rates for a Private Suites range from $2825 - $3425
